Masa is a corn flour product commonly used to make tortillas, taco shells, tamales and other Mexican dishes. The project includes $5.5 million in existing building improvements and $6.5 million in new machinery equipment for a total investment of $12 million.
May jobs report highlights: • Missouri non-farm payroll employment increased by 2,500 jobs in May. • Missouri's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate remained at 3.3 percent.
Through Sikeston’s certification in the Missouri Certified Sites program, the site joins Missouri’s 30 other recognized development-ready land sites.
