The Department of Economic Development (DED) announced today that it will award more than $7.2 million in tax credits to 31 organizations throughout Missouri through the Neighborhood Assistance Program’s (NAP) Fiscal Year 2025 – Round 1 cycle.
SINC Thermal, a leading manufacturer of industrial melting furnaces and ovens, announced today that it will expand in O’Fallon, investing $4 million and creating 25 new jobs. The company’s expansion includes the relocation of its sales, administrative, and manufacturing operations to a new facility.
Purcell Tire & Rubber Company, a leading provider of tire and rubber products, announced today that it will expand in Potosi, investing more than $5.3 million and creating 10 new jobs. The company’s expansion includes the acquisition of an 8-acre site in the Washington County Industrial Park for a more than 44,000-square-foot warehouse, distribution center, and fleet repair shop.
Nationwide Transport, a transportation company, announced today that it will establish in La Grange, investing $5.2 million and creating 7 new jobs. The company will convert an existing 4,800-square-foot building in La Grange into a headquarters with space for office personnel, a full shop, and parking for its fleet of trucks, dry vans, and temperature-controlled trailers.
