The Department of Economic Development (DED) announced today that Missouri has been awarded a total of nearly $3 million from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to enhance the ongoing efforts of the Office of Broadband Development to expand high-speed internet access statewide.
Chick-fil-A Supply, LLC, a subsidiary and distribution service provider of Chick-fil-A, Inc., announced today it will open a new distribution center in Maryland Heights, investing $16 million and creating more than 60 new jobs. The 100,000-square-foot facility will be used to serve more than 40 Chick-fil-A restaurants across the St. Louis area.
Clementine’s Creamery, an ice cream parlor in the Greater St. Louis Area, recently announced it will expand its ice cream wholesale and bakery operations by opening a manufacturing facility in North St. Louis City, investing $1.8 million and creating 18 new jobs in the area.
The Office of the Missouri Military Advocate announced today the release of Missouri’s 2022 Military-Friendly Guide. The purpose of the Missouri Military-Friendly Guide is to connect military service members and their families with resources available to them across the state.
