The agreement, known as a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA), is a first for both NGA and MTC and will allow small businesses and educational institutions to license NGA’s intellectual property.  

Missouri’s rate has now been at or below the corresponding U.S. rate, which was 4.0 percent in January, for 46 consecutive months.
