The Tax-Exempt Program provides low interest rate loans to qualified borrowers through the issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds by the Missouri Development Finance Board.

The Creating Helpful Incentives for Producing Semiconductors (CHIPS) Act Program (the Program) will make investments in the state’s semiconductor supply chain and ecosystem, with an ultimate goal of attracting semiconductor manufacturers to Missouri.
