The company is dedicated to helping educate youth about the importance and need for skilled trade jobs.
“We are truly blessed with the abundant opportunities that continue to flow through our doors,” said Frank Roth IV, Owner of Elite Tool. “These opportunities, whether it be new customers, projects or skilled employees, afford us the ability to continue to invest in Elite Tool and our local community.”
Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication (SKMF), an industry leader in machining and custom metal fabrication, will expand in Troy and increase its workforce by 25%. Increased demand for the company’s custom metal work created a need for its expansion and new equipment. Operating with more than 20 years’ experience in the machine and fabrication industry, Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication (SKMF) offers a variety of products and services to meet customers’ metal needs. The company proudly works with local companies, supports the local schools and FFA programs.
“Words cannot express how grateful we are for the continued growth the company has made over the last 7 years,” said Lori Swafford, Co-Owner of Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication. “We would not be where we are today without our amazing customers, vendors, and dedicated employees. With our expansion, Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication anticipates continued growth opportunities to help benefit the local and surrounding areas which will allow for further investment into Lincoln County.”
“It’s exciting to support Elite Tool and Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication as they expand and create new opportunities in Lincoln County,” said Michelle Hataway, Director of the Department of Economic Development. “These expansions are further proof of how our state’s economic advantages and collaboration with our partners are helping Missourians prosper.”
For their expansions, Elite Tool and Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication (SKMF) will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
