Missouri Tax Credit Contribution Program

Description

The Tax Credit Contribution Program is available to assist in the funding of capital improvement costs for qualified public facilities and public infrastructure projects within the state of Missouri. 

Do I Qualify?

To be eligible, an applicant must be a local political subdivision, a local governmental entity created on behalf of or for the benefit of a local political subdivision, or a state agency. Applications from local governments must be authorized by duly adopted resolutions or ordinances of the elected governing body, and signed by the chief elected official or designated city representative.

Ineligible: Health and/or medical facilities, including nursing or retirement facilities or combination thereof, or private or public educational facilities
