Regulatory Sandbox Act (Senate Bill 894) creates the Regulatory Relief Office (RRO). The RRO will work to review state laws and regulations that may unnecessarily inhibit the creation and success of new companies or industries and provide recommendations to the governor and the general assembly on modifying or repealing such state laws and regulations. The RRO will be administered by the Sandbox Act Program Director and report to the Director of the Department of Economic Development.
