Customer Care Centers also includes inbound call centers and other back office operations. These opportunities represent value-added services above and beyond the typical call center position and therefore pay higher average wages. Customer care staff require higher-level skills to manage customer complaints, concerns and issues and can frequently "up-sell" the customer to new products and services.
