What is Alchemy?
Alchemy SISTEM Training is a standardized competency-based training for workforce system staff as well as customers – both businesses and job seekers. Selected courses for DWD staff and partners will be accessible through the internet. All other modules are offered through the local Career Centers. Each hour of digital training is equivalent to about four hours of classroom training, making learning more efficient and effective.
